Returns

Returns are accepted for up to seven days from the receipt of the order. To be eligible for returns, items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. You must include tags and all accessories that came with the product.

To return, write to [email protected] with your order details and a brief reason for return. We will provide instructions once we approve the return request.

Refunds

After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it; in case it is complying with return requirements, the refund will be requested. Refunds are processed through bank transfer only. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account once processed.

Note that the customer will bear the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or the wrong item was sent.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery orders are currently accepted as a payment method. Refunds for COD orders will be processed by bank transfers. You will have to provide your bank account information for the transfer once your return has been approved.

Exceptions

Certain items may not be returned or refunded. Such items may include those marked as final sale or custom-made products, or those showing signs of utilization. If an item is delivered to you and it is defective or damaged, please inform us immediately so we may assist you.
